1. License
ShipKit grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the source code for unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code itself.
2. Permitted Use
- Use the code to build your own SaaS products
- Modify the code to fit your needs
- Deploy to any hosting platform
- Use in unlimited projects (personal and commercial)
3. Restrictions
- Do not resell or redistribute the ShipKit source code as a template, boilerplate, or starter kit
- Do not share your license with others outside your organization
- Do not claim the ShipKit codebase as your own original work
4. Payments
All purchases are one-time payments processed through Gumroad. Prices are in USD. You will receive a receipt via email.
5. Updates
The Boilerplate plan includes 6 months of updates. The All-in-One plan includes lifetime updates. Updates are delivered via the GitHub repository.

ShipKit is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this software.
